Matcha Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bars

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2 tbs of matcha powder

• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter

• 1⁄4 cup honey

• 1⁄2 cup water

• 2 1⁄2 cups rolled oats

• 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder

 

GARNISH

• Chopped nuts

• Chopped dried fruit

• Flax seeds

• Sunflower seeds

• Pumpkin seeds

• Chocolate chips

 

STEPS

1. Melt peanut butter and honey together in a saucepan 2. Remove from heat and stir in matcha powder

3. Mix the remaining ingredients into the mixture

4. Line a square pan with baking paper

5. Gently press in to pan and refrigerate for around 1 hour

6. Remove from pan, add garnish and cut into bars
