Giselderberry Smoothie for Winter! Gisele Bündchen & Gaia Herbs

Made with Gaia Herbs Organic Black Elderberry Syrup, creamy coconut milk, acai, dates, and enhanced with lucuma and plant protein for added benefits, it’s a delicious way to support immune health this winter.

Given its potential to strengthen the body’s immune system and promote overall wellness, Black Elderberry is a great staple to keep in your natural health pantry. They are high in flavonoids called anthocyanins, which give the berries (and this tasty smoothie!) their bluish-purple color.

 

Giselderberry Boost Smoothie Recipe

 

Instructions

Create the glaze by mixing 1 tsp Black Elderberry Syrup, 2 tsp Butterfly Pea Powder, and simple syrup (1.5 oz organic cane sugar and water). Set aside.

Blend the rest of the ingredients together.

Prep a cup with a scoop of almond butter.

Pour in the smoothie mixture then add in the glaze on top.

 

Ingredients

5 Lines of Almond butter

5 oz Gaia Herbs Black Elderberry Syrup glaze

6 oz Coconut milk

4 oz Coconut meat

2 Bananas

1 pack acai

1 Date

1 tbsp Almond butter

1 tbsp Lucuma

1 tsp Vanilla collagen of your choice

1 tbsp unflavored plant protein (or protein powder of your choice)
