Chief Raspberry + Lemon Winter Smoothie

Nobody has time to be sick, so make sure to whip one of these smoothies up at least once a week to keep your immune system strong this winter. Not only is this a delicious way to start the day, but it’s also an easy way to make sure you take your daily dose of our Beef Liver, Heart, and Kidney capsules a.k.a Nature’s Immunity Boost without tasting a thing. Protein is also essential for immune function, so we’ve also added our Lemon Tart Collagen Protein Bar to this smoothie for an extra dose of protein and citrusy flavour.

 

Serves 1

Cook Time: 2 minutes

Dietary: Immune boosting, gluten-free, dairy-free, protein-rich

 

Ingredients

1 Lemon Tart Chief Collagen Bar

4 x Chief Beef Liver, Heart & Kidney capsules

1/3 cup frozen raspberries

1/3 cup frozen banana

1/2 small beetroot, cut into small chunks

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, skin removed

1/4 cup coconut kefir

Bee pollen, to garnish (optional)

 

Method

Place smoothie ingredients in high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a tall glass or bowl and top with bee pollen.
